Who can play?
Men, ladies, seniors & juniors all welcome to play in our events. Juniors under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. All we ask is that players have a bona fide handicap index 21 or less. Higher handicaps can enter some events but play off 21, contact us before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We all know what a year 2020 was & we are hoping 2021 won't be so disrupted. If your event is moved to a date you can't play or has to be cancelled completely, we will do everything we can to provide a refund or a credit. If events are cancelled due to bad weather (as decided by the golf club), we will be able to offer refunds/or credits/courtesy round depending on club t & c's.
GPS & Distance measuring devices
We allow GPS and range finders as in accordance with R&A rule 4.3.
Covid 19 - what will happen with any further restrictions?
If any event is cancelled due to restrictions - full refund will be offered. The top prizes have been adjusted due to the future uncertainty on overseas travel.
What happens if I win more than one event?
If you have already won an event & qualified for the final - you have two options
1. You get order of merit points - which may give you a points advantage in the final
and you will also recieve a £99 voucher for use at any Amatour event in the remainder of this season or for events in 2022.
2. You can gift the place at final to someone else, you will not earn order of merit points for the subsequent win and the guest will need to have played at least 5 events to be eligible to win any prizes at final (golf & accomodation will be included as with all finalists)
